Sheikh Hamoudi: We will shorten the thousand-mile journey by taking important and well-studied measures, we need to unite the different parties within an institution in order to speed up money restoration

Sheikh Hamoudi chaired, along with the Deputy Speaker Aram Sheikh Mohammad, a meeting of the committee formed to restore Iraqi smuggled money, in the presence of the Integrity Commission and the Office of Financial Supervision, to discuss proposed amendment of restoring the smuggled Iraqi funds law No. 9, 2012.

During the meeting, they discussed all the paragraphs of the draft law, the need for eliminating some of unimportant paragraphs, the emphasis on the need to call on all countries of the world to cooperate seriously and the activation of international agreements that contribute to the achievement of the desired objectives, in addition to discussing a number of issues in the same regard.

Sheikh Hamoudi called on the attendees to present their studies and visions and called them to hold another meeting as soon as possible to come out with good and effective results.
