The Speaker, US ambassador discuss political and security developments

The Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri met in his office on Sunday October 2, 2016 the US ambassador to Iraq Mr. Douglas A. Silliman. During the meeting, they discussed the latest security and political developments and the need for sustained support from the international community to liberate Mosul. The Speaker stressed the necessity of liberating all Iraqi lands and involving residents of the captured areas in liberation operations.
