The Speaker focuses on need to turn attention to the reconstruction of the liberated areas

The Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri met on Thursday with the Chairman and Members of the Parliamentary Services and Reconstruction Committee.

During the meeting, the Speaker got acquainted with the work of the committee and the laws that are ready to be voted on. He stressed the importance of setting a time limit for endorsing important laws during the current stage, highlighting the need for overcoming the challenges that hinder the adoption of these laws.

Al-Jubouri urged the Committee to double its efforts through intensive meetings and visits paid to the concerned ministries and called for the necessity of reconstructing the liberated areas to ensure the return of displaced families.
