The Speaker chairs meeting of the presidency board of the COR and heads of political blocs

The Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri chaired a meeting of presidency board of the COR and the heads of political blocs. During the meeting, they identified and discussed several important issues, most notably upcoming laws that will be added to the agenda to be discussed and passed.

The heads of the parliamentary blocs stressed the importance of resolving the MPs’ absences issue and take legal measures in this regard.

For his part, the Speaker pointed out that the enactment of the important laws will be an incentive to achieve the long awaited reform.
