The Speaker meets Iraqi Teachers Union delegation

The Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri met in his office on Tuesday a delegation of Iraqi Teachers Union. During the meeting, they discussed the educational process in the country and the obstacles that hinder the teaching process and examined the proposals put forward by the president of the Iraqi Teachers’ Union.
Al-Jubouri confirmed the COR’s keenness on developing the educational process and promoting the standard of living of teachers by approving laws that guarantee their rights.
For their part, the delegation members lauded the Speaker’s role in supporting the educational process and his keenness to adopt laws that support the education sector in the country.
