The Speaker meets head of Iraq’s Awakening Conference

The Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri met the head of the Iraq’s Awakening Conference Ahmed Abu Reesha. During the meeting, the Speaker stressed that the country is in need for uniting efforts to face current challenges. Al- Jubouri added that the war on terrorism has come to an end and that the next phase urges everyone to work in the spirit of one team in order to prepare a clear plan for the interest of the citizen.
For his part, Abu Reesha lauded the Speaker’s effective role in legislating important laws that would positively affect the lives of Iraqis.
