The Speaker: COR is not governed by any political interests, our people’s will is above everything else

In a speech delivered at the First founding conference of Shabab al-Hal (Youth for solution) , the Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri stressed that Iraq achieved great victory at the hands of our young heroes in the battles of honor against ISIS and rid the country of the most dangerous enemy that almost led the country to the path of disintegration.
He remarked that the Iraqi Council of Representatives is not governed by any political interests with regard to the drafting of the electoral law and that people’s will is above everything else and that the COR will adopt the articles of the law in line with legal and constitutional provisions.
