On the World Orphans Day, the Speaker honors group of orphans

During a ceremony organized on the occasion of the World Orphans Day in the presence of childhood ambassador the artist Hashim Salman, the Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri stressed that the martyrs have the credit after Allah Almighty in the liberation of our beloved city, and thanks to their blood Iraqis now enjoy stability. He added that caring for the orphans is part of everyone’s responsibility, and paying attention to them will contribute in creating a conscious generation that will build the country.
He called on all concerned authorities to pay greater attention to orphans, pointing out that the suffering experienced by the people of the country was so utterly devastating and required a serious stand to find radical solutions that contribute to improving their social status.
He renewed his full support for projects that would ease the suffering of the families that made sacrifices, especially the sons of the martyrs and the missing members of our security forces of all formations.
For their part, the families of orphans appreciated the position and support of the Speaker and his efforts in alleviating their suffering in order to guarantees a stable and decent life.
