Sheikh Hamoudi: Muslims must face the Zionist plans, and Shaikh al-Hassoun stresses: Our trust in you is great.

Sheikh Dr. Hamoudi stressed the need to face the Zionist schemes, saying “now that we have won the battle of terrorism, we must unite against extremism and takfir”.
This came during a meeting between the First Deputy Speaker Sheikh Dr. Humam Hamoudi and the Grand Mufti of the Syrian Arab Republic Sheikh Ahmad Badr al-Din al-Hassoun. Sheikh Hamoudi praised whom he describes “heroes” for dropping two Zionists air jets, considering it an achievement.
Hamoudi said that terrorism today targets Muslims everywhere and must be confronted with “unity”. He pointed out that the rapprochement between the Syrian and Iraqi peoples has led to victories witnessed by all countries of the world.
On his part, al-Hassoun praised the victories achieved against ISIS, pointing out that the power of Syria and Iraq is a force for the entire Arab and Islamic nation. “We and Baghdad are a single people, and the attempts of Israel will not succeed in separating our sects and components in Iraq and the region”, he added.
