The Speaker sponsors an alliance of Hamrin Lake tribes

The Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri received on Friday a delegation of tribal sheikhs and dignitaries of Diyala to sign an alliance document for the Hamrin Lake Tribes in order to achieve unity, solidarity, and promote peaceful co-existence.
The Speaker stressed that this meeting is a great moral boost. He said addressing the delegation members, “you are a role model to others. You made great sacrifices to preserve brotherhood and unity and foiling terrorist acts that target unity and solidarity.
He stressed, “It is a great honor for us to be in constant coordination with you. We will support you to resolve all the crises and disagreements with all your brothers in Diyala at the social and political level”.
The Speaker stressed the importance of working to provide services and employment opportunities to secure decent living standard, pointing that “the state should find solutions to all problems and provide all the necessities of living well”.
