The Speaker, Turkish ambassador to Iraq discuss bilateral relations

The Speaker Dr. Saleem Al-Jubouri received on Monday, the Turkish Ambassador to Iraq Mr. Fatih Yildiz.
During the meeting, al-Jubouri remarked that “theTurkish experience is a unique experience that reflects the deep awareness and responsibility of the Turkish people”.
Al-Jubouri stressed that the Iraqis are determined to make the democratic experiment a success, and that what happened in the parliamentary elections is one of the challenges faced by the Iraqis that they will overcome along with the difficulties and challenges that preceded them.
“The political forces are seeking to form a strong government capable of promoting the Iraqi reality, and the issues of services and economic development and balanced relations with other countries are the most important points to be focused in the coming period”, he added.
On his part, the Turkish ambassador expressed his high appreciation for the sacrifices of the Iraqi people in maintaining the security and stability of the region, stressing that Turkey is keen to establish the best relations between the two neighboring countries.
