Sheikh Mohammad, Heads of Kurdish blocs discuss progress of PUIC conference works

Deputy Speaker Aram Sheikh Mohammad met with the Heads of Kurdish blocs in the presence of the Secretary General of the COR to discuss the proceedings of the 11th session of the PUIC conference which began this morning in Baghdad with the participation of more than 300 figures from Islamic countries and the role of the Kurdish MPs in the greatest Islamic political conference in Iraq since 2003.  The conference is scheduled to adopt a charter pledged by Muslim countries to combat violence and terrorism.

They also discussed the developments of the political and security situations in Iraq and Kurdistan Region.
