Sheikh Mohammad meets families of Karrada martyrs

Deputy Speaker Aram sheikh Mohammad met on Sunday September 25, 2016 a delegation of families of the martyrs of Karrada. During the meeting, the delegation members thanked and highly appreciated the humanitarian efforts of the Deputy Speaker and honored him with (Karrada Martyrs Shield) in appreciation to his support to the bereaved families.

Sheikh Mohammad assured that he will sustain his support to the families of the victims out of responsibility and added, “The painful tragedy of Karrada reminds us of what happened a year ago, when ISIS brutally executed Peshmerga prisoners, which also coincided with Eid al-Fitr. We express our readiness to provide assistance to support the families of the victims in accordance with legal and legislative contexts.”
