Sheikh Mohammed stresses that the Kurdish blocs will not oppose the demand to change the members of the election commission

Deputy Speaker Aram Sheikh Mohammed met with the officials and representatives of Kurdish blocs in parliament in his office.
During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments in the political and security situation in Iraqi, ongoing military developments in the liberation of the province of Mosul.
They also discussed the performance of the parliament and approval of the drafted laws.
Participants at the meeting stressed the need to hold elections in Kirkuk Provincial Council on schedule with the rest of the boards of the provinces of Iraq, while the Kurdish blocs will not oppose the demand to change the members of the election commission. They also emphasized the importance of continuing communication and meetings with all the parties in the political process to find solutions to the problems and outstanding issues.
