The Speaker met delegation of Diwaniya and Diyala provincial councils

The Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri met in his office on Saturday a delegation included the members of Diwaniya and Diyala provincial councils, with the presence of MP Ghazwan al Shbani.
During the meeting, they discussed a number of important issues, and also studied the amendments applied to the provinces law, which is scheduled to be voted on during the current legislative term.
The Speaker voiced the COR’s keenness on ensuring the rights of everyone, through adopting laws that provide services to citizens at all levels, pointing to the importance of giving priority to the public interest and mobilizing more efforts and energies.
