The Speaker sponsors conference on tribal reconciliation

The Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri received on Monday a delegation of elders and dignitaries of Salah al-Din province.
During the meeting, they discussed the developments of the Iraqi scene, the role of the honorable tribes in supporting the armed forces in the war against ISIS, wherein the Speaker lauded the great role that the tribes play in maintaining the national unity and in providing an appropriate environment to achieve community reconciliation project and renouncing violence and creating positive social situation.
For their part, the delegation members expressed their great thanks to the attention given by the Speaker to the Iraqi tribes through his meetings and in appreciating their role in dialogues, seminars, forums and conferences.
