Al-Khazali congratulates Hamoudi on the presidency of the Supreme Council

The Head of the Supreme Islamic Council and the First Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives Sheikh Dr. Humam Hamoudi received in his office the Secretary General of the movement of Asaib Ahl al-Haq Sheikh Qais al-Khazali. Al-Khazali congratulated Sheikh Hamoudi for his presidency of the Supreme Council, stressing the depth of the relationship on the fighting road, and expressed hope that this contribute to serve the national stability.
The two sides discussed the seriousness of the separation and its repercussions on Iraq and the region, and the importance of preserving the unity of Iraq and addressing the partition projects aimed at the occupation, stressing that “Iraq today is stronger than any previous stage and able to thwart any attempt for division.”
