The Speaker, President of the Republic discuss ways to support dialogue and find solutions for the referendum issue

The Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri met in his office on Monday the president of the Republic Mr Fu’ad Masoum. During the meeting,
During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments on the political and security levels and ways to support the dialogue between the central government and the Kurdistan region to quickly find explanations and solutions to the issue of the independence referendum.
They also agreed on the importance of increasing mutual understanding among political parties to be prepared to respond to any crisis that could occur in the future and the need to settle the outstanding issues and agree on real solutions to them according to the Constitution.
The two sides stressed their support for all laws and decisions that contribute to improving the living conditions and services of citizens and developing the economic situation of the country.
