COR concludes reading and discussion of Federal Budget Law for 2018

In its 12th plenary session held on Tuesday February 13, 2017 and chaired by the Speaker Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri, the Iraqi Council of representatives finished reading report and discussion of Federal Budget Law for 2018
Based on a suggestion made by the Finance Committee, the Speaker directed to hold a meeting of the heads of parliamentary blocs to discuss the Federal Budget Law for 2018 and stressed the keenness of the COR to take into consideration the remarks of the of blocs concerning the budget. He also declared making call with the president of the republic to hold a meeting of the three presidencies to dicuss the federal budget.
